• We only accept returns or issue replacements for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• All products are made to order and are non-returnable for reasons such as wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

• Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Replacements for Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@fortheafters.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Approved replacements will be processed at no additional cost.
